I use this gratin dish all the time, more so than the frying pan! It is so so versatile, light (in the falk scheme of things) to wash uo, and the round handles are perfect for just sliding the whole dish in the oven.
Frying bacon, gratin potatoes, frittatas, quickly saute some veg, onion gravy. Everything! Probably my most used falk pan!
