Terms & conditions of sale

Each order placed with Falk Culinair UK shall be governed by the present Terms and Conditions of Sale and is subject to particular conditions applicable to orders placed via the Internet. Falk Culinair UK reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version.

You may place your order:

Delivery

Falk Culinair UK makes every possible effort to ensure deliveries in the UK with two working days and in the Republic of Ireland within five working days after receipt of an order.

If you request a particular means of delivery different from that used by Falk Culinair UK, any additional cost will be payable by you.

Risk of loss and damage of goods passes to you upon delivery.

Verification of goods

It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and, in the case of on-arrival damage or missing items, to notify Falk Culinair UK within 7 (seven) days of receipt (retaining all relevant invoice and signed delivery notes.)

Falk Culinair UK shall in such circumstances provide you with identical replacement goods or a full refund where requested.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return goods that do not suit you without having to give any reason within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the relevant goods.

Falk Culinair UK will only accept such returns for unused goods in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the relevant invoice. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit and until they are received by Falk Culinair UK. Any loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you. Subject to the above, Falk Culinair UK will reimburse you the price paid for the returned goods within a maximum of 10 (ten) days after receipt of the returned goods. The return postage, or other delivery charges, will be at your expense.

Payment

Payment is due in full before ordered goods are dispatched.

In exceptional cases where Falk Culinair UK approves credit, invoices are due for payment within seven days of issue.

In the event of late payment, you will be charged interest on the outstanding balance at the annual rate of 2% above the base-lending rate of the HSBC Bank plc in force from time to time as well as any administrative and collection costs.

Guarantee & after sales service

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the duration the item remains in the possession of the original owner or purchaser. Damage caused by washing the products in a mechanical dishwasher or pitting from salt is expressly excluded.
