Falk 28cm Copper Wok with Loop Handles & Steamer Insert

I pondered the purchase of a copper pot for a bit, finally decided to give Falk a go, as this is the only one of the "serious" companies having a wok in their product range and this happens to be the pan I use about 80% of time. Once I realised how much time is devoured by the polishing of the shiny ones learning that Falk products are satinated/brushed pretty much sealed the deal. I put my new wok to work pretty much the same day it was delivered (this happened very quickly too, by the way) and instantly fell in love with it. It is hefty, reassuringly solid and an absolute dream to use. I have a gas stove and it's a perfect match- pan warms up very quickly and keeps the temperature well even once the flame is turned down a bit. Nothing sticks and cleaning is so easy! This is my first copper pan and I am still learning how to properly use and care for it, but I already have a wishlist with few more. Falk for life!

I had coveted this wok for such a long time and eventually bit the bullet and ordered, which was the best thing i did. The wok and steamer insert is the most versatile pan! Not only for stir frys, but also for a large pot of soup, pasta for lots of people, I've also made a beef stef and mulled wine!!!! I regularly steam up a load of veg too. Super easy to keep clean, plus really stable on the hob. I love it!
