I've just opened my new set of saucepans with lids after first buying the 28cm saucier and the small 18cm saucier. I love the 28cm - its beautiful and does a spectacular job of evenly cooking my food without burning. I will also comment on the stellar customer service I've received when ordering from Falk in the UK. Neil couldn't be nicer, offered some important suggestions and made ordering and shipping easier than in the US. And, package arrived in the US faster than many things I order from Amazon. Was also less expensive than the US Falk site. I'm as happy as its possible to be!!!!
