This was part of the Copper Chef Set that we purchased for my daughter and her soon to be husband. They have found it to be exactly what they wanted. The quality is excellent and they were absolutely thrilled with it's performance! This is a gift that will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend to anyone that is inclined to cooking with high quality and reliable kitchen cooking sets. If copper is good enough for the Queen's kitchen, it's good enough for us and Falk makes the best product.

But that is a good thing. The copper does all the work for you--just let the food do its thing. It looks great and does its job. Cook with purpose in a pan this large!

"Excellent Sauté Pan"

The copper sauté pan is a large heavy pan that is just what I was after, it is a delight to cook with and due to the level of heat control it has the cooking is even across the pan area. Meat does not stick but it is easy to take it to a nice caramelised state. The pans are made to last a lifetime (or two) so excellent quality and robustness. Highly recommended!

"Fantastically Versatile"

I can’t imagine a better cooking experience. The brushed surface is a delight. The quality of fond I’ve been achieving with this sauté pan is unreal. It’s not excessively big but by no means small, so I get to use it really frequently. Clean up is remarkably easy. Looking forward to making focaccia too! Personally not won over by the Falk lids as the handles are so small, you can’t see the contents and it’s more copper to look after and maintain, so I bought a Le Cruset oven safe see through lid and it fits a charm. The helper handle is a must given the weight, and also makes cleaning up even easier.
