This is the most versatile roasting pan. Brilliant for roasting Sunday lunch chicken with veggies surrounding it in the oven and then on the stove for the gravy. Will be wonderful for making pies, lasagne etc for a large group whenever we can have a group again!! The finish on the copper is just beautiful. Think this will become a great dish to pass on through the family for many years I am sure
