"A utensil with hidden talents"

I purchased this primarily for the oven however I tried it out as a frying pan for a laugh. Does a fantastic job, so if you're thinking about frying pans AND Au Gratin pans, you only need the one. Fries and goes in the oven. And it's great for serving Baltis in. Gasps of amazement from people I had over, and I don't think it was the Balti (although, given that it was cooked in a Falk saucepan, it may well have been)

Cooks scalloped potatoes beautifully and is just the right size for two to three servings.
