Do I need to sign for the delivery?

A signature is required upon receipt of your order. You'll need to ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. In the event of there not being an available signatory, the delivery driver will leave a note to say delivery was attempted and you will then be able to contact them directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. In the absence of your contacting the courier will normally attempt to deliver to you two further times, before returning the goods to us.
