Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We may also ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Where a return is required for a damaged or faulty item, return shipping costs will be refunded by Falk Culinair.
Changed your mind?
If you decide you no longer want your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned in original packaging where possible
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned unless faulty, including:
Custom or special-order products
Used or damaged items
Before returning an item
Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and a return reference number. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 7 working days.
If a discount was applied to the original order, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted purchase price.
For orders that originally qualified for free delivery and are returned in full, we reserve the right to deduct the standard outbound delivery charge from the refund where permitted by law.
Your statutory rights
Our 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws within the United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
