Why are my cast iron handles developing rust?
Our cast iron handles are left uncoated to retain their natural appearance. Like all uncoated cast iron, they can develop light surface rust if exposed to moisture or humidity. This is completely normal and is not a defect.

Seven Step to Cleaning Success
Cleaning Your Copper Cookware
Falk Culinair's copper and stainless steel surfaces have been brushed to create a satinated surface as opposed to a mirror finish like other brands. What this does is reduce the work necessary to keep your cookware glowing like new.
Why does copper discolour?
Exposure to heat, air and humidity can all change the appearance of copper. As kitchens are often hot and humid, this can occur without even using your cookware.
How do I remove stubborn baked-on food from the stainless steel interior of my copper cookware?
Yes. For baked-on residue or caramelised food sugars, we recommend using Bar Keepers Friend powder on the stainless steel interior.
