"Great pan"

I have been really impressed with this pan. It has a more solid feel than other copper pans I have used. The metal doesn't discolor as easily either. "Versatile little workhorse"

I use this pan pretty much on a daily basis, its so versatile. Anything from Béchamel sauce to baked beans or soft scrambled egg. Its easy to clean and a quick scrub with the scotchbrite pad makes it look like new again. I bought this as part of the "try me" special offer along with two other pans and a lid. Very satisfied with it, and will most certainly be adding to my growing collection!

"Scrumptious Scrammie Eggs"

The saucier has revolutionised my scrambled eggs and I didn't even think they could be improved. Silky smooth and no lumps. Just brilliant! It was a copper anniversary present which was innovative and very much appreciated.

"Unexpectedly versatile"

I was hesitant to buy a saucier pan but having read so many good reviews and the great offer on it, I made the decision to buy it. It has been so versatile and actually used more than the other pots I bought with it! For an xmas lunch, I made the cranberry sauce and the gravy in it. Sometimes when I am steaming potatoes or vegetable for two, I use the saucier and a lid from one of of the bigger pots as it is a much more manageable size. It heats up very quickly and still looks in brand new condition - so very glad I went for the brushed finish with Falk than some of the other brands with a polished finish as I'm lazy!

This is a quality product. The stainless inner surface is very durable and doesn't appear to impede heat conduction at all. It's also very easy to clean up.

following much on line research amongst competing copper pan manufacturers I decided upon Falk based upon its brushed copper finish and also the curved lip of the pan. I was not disappointed.After much caressing and enjoyment of its physique I finally put it to the test in making a crème anglaise for my sherry trifle. It cooked perfectly,evenly and quickly, all essential attributes at Xmas. It also poured without mess and spillage. So yes I have become a convert. The delivery was also impressive but I am not supposed to mention that!

My husband will research for ages before buying anything. So when researching Copper pans for his Christmas present I found your information invaluable when comparing other products and we have found that the Saucier Pan is completely perfect especially on the Aga as so many of the other pans fail miserably to compete. So its a worthwhile investment.
