"excellent product"

This is the first piece of copper cookware I own and I am delighted with my purchase. It is very well made and I know it will last me a lifetime. It is also beautiful to look at and very attractive on my kitchen shelf. Most importantly however it is a pleasure to cook with, heating evenly so nothing is getting stuck or burned on the bottom. I also find the interior very easy to clean. I can't wait to invest in my next piece.

"Top quality versatile pan"

I purchased this at the "try me" price - a very generous deal for a size and shape of pan that I'd always wanted. The quality of construction is impeccable. It's a very versatile shape - perfect for pasta sauces, or a couple of portions of paella/risotto. The performance has been perfect - it's so easy to maintain an even heat, so saute-ing garlic or onions resembles the lovely bubbling you see professional chefs manage. Sauces stay in contact with the base rather than sliding around as they do in non-stick-coated pans, but don't catch on the base either - ideal. Feels like a future heirloom - buy quality and buy once.

I bought this pan alongside other items for my wife's birthday and she was so thrilled as was I at the wonderful quality and design of this piece it is rounded to prevent anything from sticking to it and it is an absolute joy to use - I can't praise it highly enough fantastic design and uses less energy too!

Bought this as a present for my Dad who has wanted a copper pan for as long as I can remember - been using it all christmas for making mustards, sauces etc. Super easy to clean and handle is actually quite heat proof!

My first copper pan, and it's perfect. Not only a great size for cooking for two, but no more hotspots! I've been stuck using electric burners instead of my preferred gas, and the even heat distribution has meant that I can quickly simulate changing temperature by moving the pan partway off the burner, without getting unevenly cooked food. Will definitely be purchasing more copper cookware.

"Brilliant pan"

This is my favourite pan I own. Though a Saucier pan, I use it for everything that doesn't require a large pan from making a quick custard, boiling eggs to sauces. Heats up amazingly and holds reduces sauces in no time. Even better I left it on the hob by accident for an hour which would have ruined a normal pan but this one just keeps going as though nothing happened. Can't recommend this enough!
