An exquisitely crafted pan. Beautiful to look at and cook in. I use it to make risottos, sauces, and gently sautéing onions. This is my first copper pan, and I've justified to everyone that I bought it because it'll last forever (which it will), or that it'll do things my other pans won't (again, it will) but the truth is I bought this because I love it. I spent three months researching, and decided that Falk was the way to go! Great customer service and super fast delivery.
