Ideal to test the water in terms of starting to use copper pans and moving away from horrible nonstick teflon things (mine have all been sent to the recylcing now). WARNING - purchasing this pan may start a seriously difficult to resist copper pot addiction.

This pan is a joy to use and the centrepiece for our regular Sunday scrambled eggs. They cook so much more evenly. The pans quick response to changes in heat is also great, and has saved me on many occasions when I've forgotten to put the toaster on and have had to take the pan of the heat for a couple of seconds. Thoroughly recommended!

Extremely well made solid pan and the curves make it easy for stirring. Planning on buying the full set eventually !! Worth noting that it needs a plate to work with induction hob which could perhaps be made clwater on the Web page and made available for online purchase - even better get for free if you spend enough !!

This is a great pot for just about everything - boiling stuff, sauces etc. I have given up using my frypan for scrambled eggs as well - it is all done in this.
