This is a great pot for just about everything - boiling stuff, sauces etc. I have given up using my frypan for scrambled eggs as well - it is all done in this.

The saucier has revolutionised my scrambled eggs and I didn't even think they could be improved. Silky smooth and no lumps. Just brilliant! It was a copper anniversary present which was innovative and very much appreciated.

This is such a useful pan, not just for sauces. Food heats through more evenly, turn the heat down very low and you can leave it on the gas with worrying its going to stick or burn.

My first time to use copper pots after collecting some stainless steel, Le Creuset and Staub ones. Prompt heat conduction and easy to clean. Anyhow, this great experience encourages to cook more often~~ ^_^

"Falk 18cm Saucier Pan"

I have owned my first piece of Falk copperware for exactly 2 months now and it is already well used and well loved. Its weight and solidity inspire confidence and even my three teenagers have been tempted to experiment with everything from custard to curry (not at the same time - thankfully)and even with use it remains as aesthetically pleasing as it was new. I don't recall who said to only buy anything if it is either useful or beautiful - in this case, it is both!

This is a lovely pan, and my first introduction to Falk. It is incredibly responsive to heat changes, so it's really easy to control the cooking temperature. It cooks scrambled eggs to perfection, and makes reheating food really easy, without the need for constant stirring - just turn the heat down low, and let the pan do the work for you! And it looks lovely, and is easy to care for. What's not to like?
