I wish I had had one before, what a super pan. It has all the usual great qualities of Falk's pans but the clever design makes it special. Instead of a corner between the base the sides, there is a lovely gently curve, which a whisk can fit in or the curve of a spoon can scoop out all your culinary delights so no neglected under or overcooked food jammed in the corner. Perfect

I bought this and a lid for my boyfriend for Christmas and he couldn't have been more thrilled! What's even better is that I only ordered it on 18th December and it arrived the next morning! It goes well with the other pans we've bought this last year from Falk and we hope to expand our collection next year. Thank you!

"Hooked by the introductory offer!"

This was my first Falk purchase, tempted by the introductory offer. I'm now hooked! I had a copper saucepan many years ago with a tin or zinc lining and it was horrible to keep clean. This one is a joy. I'm convinced scrambled eggs taste better in it! The key, though, is to keep the heat right down. The eggs will still stick a bit but the pan is easy to clean

"Delicious risotto"

I have been using copper pots (tin coating) since many years. This pan is my first purchase at falk culinaire, I bought also the 18 cm copper lid. This product is built for professional cooking: copper thickness (about 2mm) and excellent stainless coating. I tried the pan by cooking a delicious risotto with cellery and carrots (I was used to cook risotto in a round pan made by alluminium). Heat propagation is outstanding, but the important aspect to consider is the professional coating. At this regard, you can't find a similar product at this price. Always buy the copper lid, it is very very important.

A great little pan thats a joy to use and serve from. Having always had 'non stick' pans, I am very impressed by the performance of this pan, and how smooth and non stick the Stainless Steel is.

Easy to use with a whisk, aided by the large transitional radius between the bottom and sides of the pan. Usual high build quality.

As a keen cook, I have always wanted a copper pan and this one seemed ideal. It certainly lived up to its description and has been used for a variety of recipes. Although it is more expensive than ordinary pans that I have previously bought it is by far the best I have ever had
