Absolutely wonderful!! I love the look of this gorgeous copper pan, both inside and outside. I am amazed at how easy it is to clean, and it cooks everything so much more quickly too. I would highly recommend. They are heavy, so won't fly off the oven, but easily managed. I love it!!!

"This is such a nice pan..."

The pan has a nice weighty feel to it, I've cooked with it a few times now and it's brilliant for heating up fast to an even temperature all over the pan, so no hot spots. Which means dishes with sauces (or anything else) is much less likely to stick to the pan. The stainless steel lining is easy to clean and i've decided to let the copper patinate a bit to see what it looks like. So far, so good. If I don't like it I can always polish it with the free polish Falk included, however so far, it makes the pan look more interesting. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this and the other items I bought from Falk. I will be getting more....

A lovely pan, nice to ho;d and the radiused corners make it so much easier to stir the contents. Hopefully it will give years of service.

"Perfect little pot"

I love this pot. The curved edges mean perfect roux, béchamel and hollandaise are easy and even eggs just sit in it nicely. It is easy to clean due to the polished surface and it just looks so pretty.

what an amazing pan, it is my first order with falk but it will definitely not be my last .i have used this pan every day, it is a pleasure to use and so easier to clean. i never believed i could love a pan so much, looking forward to many years of cooking with it .the quality and service i received was second to none.

I bought this pan and its matching lid as an introduction into the world of copper cookware. This is my first purchase from Falk Culinair - hopefully not my last. Excellently made item that has a solid-quality feel and weight to it. The cast iron handle feels lovely to hold. Have used it a few times and it performes flawlessly. It looks like the start of good things I fear....

I was worried when I purchased this pan that it would be too small. I soon found that looks are deceptive as it has become my most used pan! It just seems to be the right size for lots of things: making and reheating sauces, reheating leftovers, smaller dishes/portions. Its a good weight, very versatile and easy to clean....might need another one!
