My first pan from Falk Culinair and I love it! It is so versatile. From cooking rice to doing a curry. As with all the pans....hob to oven and back to hob again without transferring pans and washing up. Such a huge help when one has energy problems.

Ordered as a gift. I’ve been thanked and told that this pan is a joy to use. The conductivity is amazing and so even that scrambled eggs more or less cook themselves! Ditto porridge and risotto. Stirring on the rounded base is quite therapeutic and has the bonus of making cleaning easier. Probably the best feedback on a gift I’ve ever had!

Just cannot resist a bargain-18cm saucier pan at half price- just had to buy two!! I’ve built my range of pots over the years and the smaller size pots are ideal fior the two of us - the larger units are great when the family arrive en-mass. Quality product - excellent price and will last a life time.

This is the first piece of copper cookware I've spent my own money on for my home kitchen. I would have been happy if it had merely mildly improved the way I already do things, but actually it has enabled me to cook things in a different, much simpler and quicker way. I can now make hollandaise directly on the gas hob instead of over a bain marie - the heat is spread so evenly it's almost impossible for it to catch. Creme patissiere likewise - maximum heat and vigorous whisking for a minute, and it's the perfect size for a 26cm tin. I wouldn't be without this now, it's indispensable!

I brought this last year after much deliberation because of the cost, but Glad I did as I use it all the time for sauces ect it is just the right shape to use a whisk with. It looks great and does what it’s supposed to better than any other pan I have. It also still looks brand new. Would love to have some more ??
