Classical Range 18cm Copper Saucier Pan with Cast Iron Handle

"Copper saucier"

Very speedy delivery, very well packed and an excellent product. It is the same good quality as the other items I have bought from Falk. I now have six or seven. It makes the best scrambled egg. I like to add turmeric which stains other pans but this one is very easy to clean and does not stain. The handle does not get hot either,

I love my pans we bought! They look great, and cleaned up pretty easily too. Heats pretty quick and surprised how much they hold for a pan that was smaller to what we were used to. Perfect size for family of 4 as there is no waste at the end. Been recommending Falk cookware to friends.

I ventured into Falk as I wanted to up my game in the kitchen. I had a couple of sauciers but they weren’t performing as expected. This has proven to be a great buy...heats up and reduces quickly. I am so pleased with it and it also looks beautiful.

This pan is perfect for my sauces or scrambled eggs, mussles in wine, even small batches of currys etc. It looks good and seems very well built and will probably outlive me. The only request would be that the cast iron handle be coated/seasoned as it tends to form rust after washing now and then.
